REGISTRATION
What is the trip prize claiming deadline?
All winners must fill out their claim form via DocuSign by December 31, 2025.
What is the registration deadline?
All winners, guests and/or proxies must be registered with Atlas Experiences by February 13, 2026. Please register by clicking the registration page in the menu above.
Do I have to register my guest?
Yes, you need to register your guest and provide their information via the registration page that can be accessed through the site menu above.
Is there an age limit for my guest?
Winners and guests must be 21+.
PROXY
Can someone I select take the trip in my place?
Yes, you can name a proxy to attend the trip in your place. In order to name a proxy, you must reach out to us and begin the proxy process. Please note that a proxy can attend the trip but will not be eligible to win any cash prizes awarded at the event.
How will my proxy register?
Once the proxy is approved, the proxy will receive a registration email and follow the registration process.
If a proxy goes in my place, am I still eligible to win cash prizes awarded during the trip?
Yes, you can still win cash prizes. By appointing someone as your proxy, you give that person permission to make a selection in the $1 Million Mega Market Challenge on your behalf. The proxy his/herself is not eligible to win any cash prizes.
DOCUMENTATION
What information do I need to provide during registration?
Winners are asked to provide address, phone number, guest information, ADA requirements and additional information such as dietary restrictions during the registration process.
Will I need to sign any waivers?
Yes. An event waiver will be provided via DocuSign for winners and guests to sign.

FLIGHTS
When will flights be booked and how will we know when booking is complete?
Flight bookings will start at a date to be determined and will be completed by February 13, 2026 (for all registered winners and guests). Winners and guests will receive an email confirmation of the flight bookings.
What are the flight options? Can I choose my own airline/flights?
No, the airline/flights will be selected and booked for you. Should you need to make a change, you will be responsible for any fare increases incurred and transportation to the hotel.
What if I miss my flight?
If you miss your flight, contact Atlas Experiences at 404-790-6394 to reschedule your flight based on availability. Any applicable fees will need to be paid directly by the winner and/or guest.
Are upgrades for the flights allowed?
You may contact the airline directly to upgrade your seats, but the winner and guest will be responsible for any fees associated with flight upgrades.
Are luggage/baggage fees covered?
No, baggage fees will need to be paid by the winner or guest upon check-in with the airline.
HOTEL
What is the policy on bringing additional guests?
Per the $1 Million Mega Market Giveaway trip rules and program package, each winner is allotted one double occupancy room and one guest for the entirety of the program.
Can I upgrade my room?
Please contact customer service at support@azmegamarket.com to request any room upgrades. Please note that any upgrades will be based on prevailing rates and hotel availability. Any additional upgrade fees will be the responsibility of the winner.
Is a credit card required upon check in at the hotel?
Yes, when checking in with the hotel, winners must put down a credit card. Please note that any debit cards used will require a hold designated by the bank who issued the debit card. Holds can have a duration of up to 45 days or more and are in no way associated with the hotel.
TRANSPORTATION
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Atlas team members will be on site at the airport to ensure you are escorted to the shuttles provided from the airport to the hotel.
Will there be handicap accessible transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Yes, special accommodations can be requested during the registration process. Please note that accommodations can only be provided if Atlas is notified of these requests during the registration process or prior to arrival.
Will transportation be provided to activities?
Any activity hosted by Atlas that requires transportation will include transportation provided by Atlas.
MEALS
Will meals and drinks be provided to me and my guest?
A daily breakfast will be provided for both the winner and guest (with the exception of specialty coffee and alcoholic drinks) and will be served daily at the ARIA Resort & Casino. In addition, there will be dinners provided for the Welcome Reception and $1 Million Mega Market Gala Dinner.
Drink tokens will be given out on arrival day for use at events hosted by Atlas. Two (2) drink tokens per prizewinner and guest.
Can you accommodate special food requests (vegetarian, gluten free, allergies, etc.)?
Yes, dietary restrictions can be shared on the registration form. Please make sure to indicate all dietary restrictions during the registration process so that we can ensure menu options are available.
GAME SHOW
How are prizes awarded for $1 Million Mega Market Challenge winners?
Prizes will be paid by check within 30 days of returning home from the event.
What is the no-show policy for the $1 Million Mega Market Challenge?
If the winner does not attend the $1 Million Mega Market Challenge, they will still win a cash prize. If a winner has not already picked a proxy, a proxy will be chosen on site to play the game show on the winner’s behalf. The proxy will not be eligible to win any cash prizes. Any cash prize won in the proxy in the game show will be awarded to the winner.
